Cuban Salsa Level 1 with Niel is designed for complete beginners who want to learn the foundations of Cuban-style Salsa in a relaxed and welcoming environment. No previous dance experience is required.
Throughout the course, you’ll learn how to move with the rhythm, connect naturally with a partner, and understand the essential movements that give Cuban Salsa its distinctive flow and personality.
At Harmony Academy, the goal isn’t simply to memorize combinations. You’ll develop the confidence, coordination, and musical awareness that help you actually enjoy dancing—whether in class or at a social dance event.
Niel will guide you progressively through the foundations of Cuban Salsa, helping you understand the rhythm, movements, and partner connection while allowing your dancing to become more natural with every class.
